What are your opinions on him? I think he isn't good for the sport any more. He's too much more for the money than the sport. He tries to control everything. He's not open minded and he's never going to take UFC or MMA to the next step. I just hope he doesn't buy out Art of War, Spirit or shooto. Who knows, he's really saturating the sport. (i can't spell saturating)

I don't know what to say about him.. I hate him and i love him because he's the one that brought UFC/MMA to mainstream, the UFC is huge now and i think he's reached the top level.For the reason that i hate him is he pays the fighters like fuckin shit, like seriously some guys get like 5 - 10 G's a fight and thats fucking embarrsing.. some of these fighters quit there jobs to fight and they leave with 5 - 10 G's? man thats shit.If i could recall Anderson Silva made 80 G for his 2nd fight with Franklin.. 80G?!! The guy has dominated since he came to the UFC, finishing all of his fights and he gets 80G!! Man Sim you should of never started this topic because Dana just pisses me off!!

HAHA yea but I agree completely. He destroyed pride, he doesn't pay his fighters good. Its so hard to come from the bottom now unless you go through a damn TV show. He's got filthy freaking rich off what is pretty much volunteer slaves. Boxers get millions of dollars to win fights and boxing is not in the spot light as much as mma any more (it might be even but its close). And would it hurt so bad for a tournament considering thats what started the ufc was a tournament. He just puut his fighters under his wing and says screw all the other hard working fighters in the UFC/MMA

Yeah their fighters are ridiculously underpaid. I also agree that they should have tournaments. I'm still pissed about them killing pride. Mad

they could have them over a few events. even like a 4 man tourney would be cool. they could have the semi finals on one event, and the finals could be on another event 3 months later. they could have a few tourneys a year to sort out division contenders. I'd like to see a LHW one with Rashad Evans, Lyoto Machida, Thiago Silva, and maybe Shogun or Houston Alexander.

Hughes - Pretty exciting fight with good mix of standup, slams and subs
